**Responsibilities**:
**1. Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)**:
- Oversee and manage the EVV system to accurately record clock-ins and outs for caregiver visits.
- Monitor system logs to identify and address any discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with IT and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EVV.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in time entries through systematic analysis.
- Calculate and verify worked hours to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
**2. Communication with Caregivers and Office Staff**:
- Maintain regular communication with caregivers to confirm schedules and address any concerns related to EVV.
- Provide guidance and support on using the EVV system effectively.
- Foster positive relationships with caregivers to enhance collaboration and informational accuracy.
- Communication with office staff when authorization issues arise or when handling a client scheduling issue.
- Track caregiver perfomance with clocking in and out, missed visits and incomplete visits.
**3. Critical thinking and Problem Solving**:
- Exercise critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations related to time tracking and caregiver communication.
**4. Timely Billing**:
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing based on EVV data.
- Monitor and reconcile time entries with billing records to maintain consistency.
**Job Type**: Part-Time
Pay: $25-$30/hour
Expected hours: Minimum of 20 hours/week, re-evaluate at 6 months to make adjustments, add hours as needed
