**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:
Document Management:

- Organize and maintain HR documents, including employee records, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in the filing, scanning, and retrieval of documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Employee Time Tracking
- Monitor and follow up on employee clock-ins, ensuring accurate and timely attendance records.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to address any discrepancies and ensure compliance with attendance policies.

In-Service Trainings:

- Coordinate and schedule in-service training sessions for employees, in alignment with HR guidelines and organizational needs.
- Assist in developing training materials and logistics, and track attendance and feedback.

General HR Support:

- Provide administrative support to HR initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Assist in responding to employee inquiries and providing information on HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and initiatives as required.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
