The role, as a **Client Service Associate**, is to enhance the client experience by servicing clients and providing operational and administrative support to Financial Advisor/CEO. Day-to-day duties entail a wide variety of responsibilities and skills, including administrative, client service, and advisor support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and route phone calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
- Deliver exceptional client service and serve as a liaison between advisor and clients.
- Proactive follow-up with clients to confirm account updates, paperwork, and check receipts.
- Collect appropriate documentation to support the new client onboarding and billing process and ongoing delivery of wealth management services.
- Review daily tasks and alerts and process accordingly.
- Follow up with clients as necessary to make sure all paperwork is received.
- Document all communication & interactions with clients in CRM in a timely manner.
- Handle miscellaneous administrative and operational activities (e.g. print, scan, fax documents; filing; mailing).
- Provide support on special projects, as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years in client service preferred.
- Higher education required.
- Personable, responsive, engaging.
- Adept at self-management and problem solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills; high degree of proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook. CRM software a plus.
- Organized multi-tasking with ability to work with frequent interruptions is a must.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
