**Position Overview**:As the Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our office, handling a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. You will assist the owners with daily activities, manage order entry, invoicing, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR). This role requires a high degree of flexibility, organization, and the ability to work independently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Assist the owners with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
- Manage order entry and ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Handle invoicing, including preparation and follow-up.
- Manage AP and AR processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial management and reporting.
- Maintain office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and partners.
- Implement and maintain office procedures and policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve office-related issues independently.

**Qualifications**:

- 5-10 years of experience in office management or a similar role.
- Proficient in QuickBooks; extensive experience required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Reside in Orange County, CA.
- Professional demeanor with a positive, can-do attitude.

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
