We are currently seeking meticulous Cleaners to join our team in Hempstead, NY. As a Cleaner for our newly renovated apartments, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that each unit is presented immaculately to our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail is valued and appreciated.

**Responsibilities**:

- Thoroughly clean and sanitize newly renovated apartments to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect kitchens, bathrooms, and other living spaces to create a welcoming environment for new tenants.
- Inspect apartments for any maintenance issues or defects and report them to the appropriate department.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure timely turnovers and readiness of apartments for new tenants.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving furniture or equipment if necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 8 per week
