We are a successful Real Estate Development and Property Management company located in the Mid-Hudson Valley, our company is currently seeking a part-time bookkeeper to join our team**.**

**SUMMARY**:
This position will be responsible for assisting in the day to day activities related to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable as well as supporting the accounting and property management team with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and any other tasks assigned.

**REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS**
The bookkeeper will work with the department Accountants and reports directly to and is fully accountable to The Controller of Real Estate & Development.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
This position will require a **self-starter**, who can work efficiently and has the ability to **problem-solve**.

Requires a **detail-oriented individual** with strong organization skills.

Must have excellent telephone skills and be able to **communicate effectively **with customers, vendors, and peers.

This is a fast-pace work environment that requires an individual that is proficient with **time management**.
- EDUCATION:_ an Associates in Accounting, or Business Administration preferred

Must have basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks and previous experience in Property Management is a Plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
