Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

**Duties**:

- Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Assist with end-of-life care for hospice patients
- Provide memory care for patients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease
- Assist with tube feeding for patients who require it

**Requirements**:

- Valid certification as a Home Health Aide or completion of a recognized training program
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes

**Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal skills to provide quality patient care
- Ability to cook nutritious meals for patients with dietary restrictions
- Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and techniques
- Experience in providing patient care, including hospice care and memory care
- Familiarity with tube feeding procedures for patients who require it
- Understanding of senior care needs and challenges

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Per diem

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Home health aide: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)
- CNA (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Drexel Hill, PA (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
