- Operate forklift to transport materials and products within the facility
- Package finished products according to specifications
- Fabricate and assemble components as needed
- Adhere to HACCP guidelines and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Follow FDA regulations and ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Perform basic math calculations for measurements and quantities

**Skills**:

- Forklift operation experience is preferred
- Knowledge of food production and processing procedures
- Familiarity with HACCP guidelines and FDA regulations
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment operation and troubleshooting
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
