- Schedule appointments for patients
- Assist patients with completing paperwork
- Coordinate referrals and care documentations with other healthcare providers and hospitals
- Coordinate staff assignments
- manage supplies and inventory
- Provide patient education
- Process patient payments
- Assist to maintain patient records
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

**Language Skills**:English (Essential), Spanish (Essential) and/or Russian (preferred)

- Education/Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in dental office is a must;
- Language Ability: Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
- Computer Skills: Microsoft and Google Suite knowledge preferred as well as scheduling software.
- Certificates and Licenses: N/A

The Patient Coordinator will be primarily onsite at practice location and affiliated Hospital/s. The work environment is generally quiet to moderate.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time. Will be required to use hands to finger, handle or feel as well as reach with hands or arms most of the time.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
