**What You Will Do**

The Executive Director is responsible for:

- leading, managing, and administering all aspects of the organization including championing the organization’s community impact agenda.
- building relationships and communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
- directing development and marketing efforts.
- serving appropriate community groups and organizations.
- providing strategic planning and administrative guidance.
- and coordinating the board of directors’ activities.

**What We Are Looking For**

An Executive Director that will provide innovative, collaborative leadership for the United Way, developing financial resources and identify and respond to community health and human service priorities.

**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Business Management, Human Services, or a closely related field preferred; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of two years’ experience at the executive/senior level, preferred. Experience working in the nonprofit sector would be beneficial.
- Requires a demonstrated ability to think and act strategically; a proven track record in fund raising, project management, and operational/fiscal management; familiarity with economic and community development issues; experience with staff, team, and leadership development; exceptionally strong public speaking, communication, and relationship management skills. Exhibits passion, ability to engage and motivate employees and groups and manage relationships effectively.

**Job Details**:

- Part Time (.5 FTE)
- Competitive wage range of $33 to $35 per hour, with no benefits.
- Includes computer and phone supplies, mileage reimbursement.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 25 per week
