Install Technician

Dissent Off-road is seeking an Install Technician to join our team with the installation of high-end aftermarket off-road components and accessories. As the Install Technician, you will be responsible for executing precise and high-quality installations, ensuring that our customers’ vehicles meet their unique off-road requirements and expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform installations of off-road aftermarket components including but not limited to bumpers, swing-outs, roof racks, skid plates, sliders, lights, dual batteries, and on-board air compressors.
- Use basic CAD skills to design custom solutions for unique installation challenges.
- Utilize welding skills for custom fabrications when necessary.
- Independently manage and complete installations within the established timeframes.
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve any issues that may arise during installations.
- Maintain a high level of quality and craftsmanship in all work.
- Maintain a clean and organized workplace.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working on off-road aftermarket builds.
- Proficiency in installing and configuring off-road components and accessories.
- Basic CAD skills for custom fabrications.
- Basic welding skills for custom fabrications.
- Knowledge with 12v wiring.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills to adhere to project schedules.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to operate diverse vehicles, including manual transmission.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and products in the off-road industry.

**Salary Range**:

- $35.00-$45.00 per hour depending on experience.
