**Position**:Supervisor

**Summary**:
These positions assist General Manager in all aspects of daily shift management at the Finish Line shop inside of Macy's by performing the following main duties:
**Sample Responsibilities**:

- Assists General Manager in all aspects of daily shift management, including customer relations, inventory control, procedural tasks and paperwork, as well as visual merchandising.
- Maintains both individual and shift sales.
- Provides daily shift floor coverage.
- Trains Store Associates.
- Supervises POS.
- Provides security & loss prevention in store.
- Oversees contest management (Tracking Results & Coaching Performance).
- Organizes shipments, transfers & merchandise.
- Performs maintenance of store.
- Opens and closes store.
- Ensures minimum sales volumes are maintained for store to qualify for FLM Assistant Store Manager position.
- Holds accountability for store sales and metrics.
- Holds accountability for stock and merchandise flow.
- Takes lead role in store sales and selling practices.
- Maintains company standards regarding store sales/performance metrics.

**Physical Demands**:

- Requires standing approximately 5 - 8 hours per day usually 3 - 5 days per week, including nights and weekends.
- During peak sale periods (e.g. Holiday, Back-to-School), will work for long periods throughout a 1 - 12 hour day.
- Requires stooping and kneeling to place merchandise on customer’s feet as well as reaching and pulling to obtain or stock merchandise on storage racks.
- May be required to climb a ladder or ascend/descend stairs in order to stock and/or acquire merchandise for sale.
- Required to lift items weighing 5 - 25 lbs regularly. In certain circumstances, weights may be higher.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with customers and effectively supervise staff.
- Must be able to see and differentiate colors.

Employees may be asked to perform additional duties outside of normal job scope on a temporary basis per company policy. Store Manager pay range: $12.32 - $18.00 per hour with bonus opportunities if store KPIs are met. Supervisor pay range: $12.32 - $18.00 per hour. Full-time management roles will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401K, sick leave, parental leave, and company paid time off plan. Part-time management roles will be eligible for the company 401K plan.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Shift:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Weekly day range:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail Store Managers: 1 year (preferred)
