**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Product Analyst is responsible for driving a data-informed strategy for understanding our market, customers, competitors and product positioning therein. The Product Analyst is also responsible for researching and gathering intelligence to inform product decisions, working cross functionally with Product Management, Business Development, Engineering and other stakeholders.

- The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements in New York._
- Pay Range: [$77,000-$86,000]_
- Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Depending on the position, compensation may also include bonuses._

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and evaluate potential product enhancements or changes based on customer needs, benefits and return on investment (ROI)
- Create user and data flows to represent how users currently or may potentially interact with Entegral products and services
- Understand Entegral’s market and the competitive landscape, conduct SWOT analysis and understand competitors’ products and solutions Collaborate closely with Product Management, Business Development, Engineering teams, and the internal and external stakeholders to ensure competitive differentiation and understanding of Entegral’s product portfolio
-Partner with and serve as a liaison, utilizing data from the industry, competition, our own user base and more to help identify and assess opportunities
- Assist in the creation of the appropriate documents that can be used for both internal and external consumption, including business cases, product documents, user and data flows and presentations
- Assist in the definition and monitoring of Product key performance indicators to evaluate product performance, investment and growth Assist in the development of the product roadmap by assessing product gaps, competitive threats and strategic opportunities; provide Product Management with input into roadmap planning and releases
-Stay abreast of new methodologies to best serve Entegral’s goals
- Incorporate security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
- Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
