RESPONSIBILITIES*: The

llowing is a list of major duties and responsibilities for this position along with certain supportive duties. It is not all-inclusive. Other duties or responsibilities may be added.
- Project an outgoing professional and courteous customer service attitude to all guests.
- Greet customers in a timely and pleasant manner by making contact, being friendly, showing willingness to help and being attentive to their needs.
- Prepare the tables, lay out napkins and utensils, make sure the condiments are refilled, and perform all other preparation tasks.
- Maintain proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.
- Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges, or make change (if applicable).
- Reconcile cash register at the end of shift.
- Attend and participate in required meetings.
- Maintain a consistent and regular attendance record.
- Ensure compliance with all Human Resource policies and procedures, promote an environment that treats all people with respect, and prohibit discrimination and harassment of any kind.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental policies, procedures, and regulations within the department.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Protect and increase the assets of the Company.
- Any other duty as assigned. *QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. Combinations of education and experience may substitute for degree. *EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE*:

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Minimum of six months’ experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a restaurant/hospitality industry.
- Basic cash handling skills and ability to operate a cash register.
- Able to obtain and maintain a food handler’s card.
- Must be 21 years old or over. *SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS*:

- Must be professional, polite, and respectful towards all guests (internal and external).
- Must be able to handle extended hours when necessary and varying shifts.
- Ability to influence others in a positive manner.
- Ability to handle confidential and privileged information with extreme professionalism.
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision and have good initiative to stay productive. *LANGUAGE SKILLS*:

- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respect.
- Must be able to work from oral and written instructions.
- Excellent verbal and active listening skills.
- Must be able to read and write common vocabulary.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Bilingual helpful although not required. *MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. *REASONING ABILITY:*
- Multitask oriented.
- Able to effectively establish priorities and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional detail and follow-up skills.
- Ability to quickly evaluate alternatives and decide on a plan of action.

- Talk or hear and interact with guests.
- Stand, walk, sit, and use hands to handle or feel objects and utilize tools or controls in confined spaces.
- Move in and around the gaming center, up and down stairs, through the parking lot, walk over uneven pavement, asphalt and dirt, or dirt walking from the building.
- To communicate verbally, observe with own eyes, and give and receive information through listening and conversing. Specific vision abilities required by the job include unclouded vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and color.
- Lift up to 25 pounds with occasional lifting of 50 pounds.
