**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others
- Manage all aspects of our social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and moderation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimize strategy and content
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media in a timely and professional manner
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and other relevant stakeholders to expand our reach and impact
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing social media accounts and campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with diverse audiences
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
- Passion for social media and staying ahead of trends and innovations
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Familiarity with paid social advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per month
