Janitor

Overview:

- 1 hour every evening for a monthly set pay.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Perform dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming tasks
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed
- Perform floor care duties including sweeping and mopping
- Assist with setting up rooms for meetings or events
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in industrial cleaning, custodial work, or facilities maintenance
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and mops
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
- Physical stamina to clean daily
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience in porter duties
- Familiarity with floor care techniques
- Previous exposure to facilities maintenance
