**Position: Project Manager**

**Location**: Richmond, VA

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee construction projects, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and quality, always prioritizing exceptional customer service.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project timelines are met.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients, agents, engineers, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets and financials, including budget tracking and reporting.
- Visit construction sites daily to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure quality control.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a construction project manager, with a proven track record of successfully managing high-end residential construction projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors.
- Experience managing project budgets and financials.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
