DH Oriental Produce is an Asian produce wholesaler in Vernon, CA. We are a fast paced company looking for a warehouse manager to grow with us.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updating of inventory management systems.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Optimize inventory levels to meet business demands and reduce costs.

2. **Warehouse Operations**:

- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of products.
- Implement and maintain best practices in warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

3. **Team Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
- Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse employees.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

4. **Process Improvement**:

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline operations.

5. **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

6. **Customer Service**:

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Address and resolve any issues related to order discrepancies or delays.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient operations.

7. **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse operations and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including shipments, receipts, and inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

**Work Environment**:

- This position typically operates in a warehouse setting.
- The role may require occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines.

**Hours**:
Mon/ Tue: 7 am-9 pm (or closing)

Wed: 8 am-2pm (or closing)

Th: 7 am-2 pm (or closing)

Fr: 7 am-3 pm (or closing)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
