**Role Overview**:
As a Thermal Insulation Technician, you will be a vital part of our Insulation Department, responsible for insulating and protecting all components using closed cell foam insulation. This is not a construction or wall insulation job; instead, it involves more industrial arts and crafts, fitting foam around copper lines in a manufacturing production setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Insulate and paint copper lines according to schematics provided by Engineering
- Maintain production schedules

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Basic understanding of painting, cutting, and measuring
- Ability to keep a tidy workspace
- Professional attitude with strong teamwork skills
