**Job Summary**:
LifeLine EMS is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Custodian. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for both staff and visitors.

**Schedule**: M-F, 4 hours per day (flexible timing)

**Hourly Pay Range**: $16 - $22 per hour (depending on experience)

**Essential Functions**:

- _Cleaning and Sanitizing:_ Perform routine cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in designated areas.
- _Trash Removal:_ Responsible for collecting and disposing of trash in accordance with established procedures.
- _Restroom Maintenance:_ Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked with supplies, and well-maintained throughout the day.
- _Floor Care:_ Perform floor maintenance activities such as vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing (as needed).
- _Reporting Maintenance Issues:_ Report any maintenance issues, damages, or necessary repairs to the appropriate personnel.
- _Adherence to Safety Guidelines:_ Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- _Collaboration:_ Work collaboratively with other staff members and departments as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous Custodial/Janitorial Experience: Prior experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are crucial for this role.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail**: Demonstrate attention to detail in cleaning tasks to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Initiative: Proactive approach to identify and address cleaning needs without direct supervision.
- Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
