**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess and understand customers' needs, providing detailed information on product features.
- Welcome customers to the store and assist them in finding suitable solutions.
- Clearly explain products and services to customers.
- Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and available options.
- Cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Adhere to inventory control procedures.
- Consistently exceed sales goals.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
- Knowledge of retail sales and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in explaining product features and benefits.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed

- Houston, TX 77081: Relocate before starting work (required)
