**THE CHALLENGE**:
Ricci Sales Agency is currently expanding our sales force to keep pace with our growing business. We are in search of a **Distribution Sales Representative **to join our team servicing clients in the NY area (NYC, Long Island, Westchester County).

**WHAT YOU’LL TAKE ON**:

- Direct work with our existing client base to increase the use of our lighting brands.
- Prospect and develop new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals and those that our internal team will provide.
- Build and develop relationships with clients to become an extension of their business.
- Present brands and established product training to existing and potential clients in the attached territory. Attend and work trade shows at the furniture market in High Point NC in April and October.
- Provide immediate quotes on products/jobs, to facilitate a pipeline of future business.
- Become an expert brand ambassador with knowledge of product, factory pricing, programs, tools available.

**WHAT YOU BRING**:

- Experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed.
- Excellent self-motivation, initiative and outstanding customer service skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, collaborative, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management, planning and organizational skills
- Ability to assess and prioritize (with flexibility to change course as needed), as well as proven problem resolution and decision-making skills
- Digital proficiency and use of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM.
- A college degree is preferred

**RICCI SALES AGENCY**:
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
