Job Summary:
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform construction tasks such as painting, building, door hanging, and drywall installation.
- Operate heavy equipment when necessary for project completion.
- Install glass and hardscape elements as part of remodeling projects.
- Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate construction.
- Conduct construction inspections to guarantee quality workmanship.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in construction painting, door hanging, drywall, and hardscape installation.
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment for various construction tasks.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam software for reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow construction plans accurately.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
