**Commercial Cleaner**

Established in 2015, MCC Quality Cleaning focuses on three core principles: Service, Quality and Reliability. As a privately-owned and operated business, we pride ourselves on being the best regarding our niche service offerings: commercial janitorial services, residential cleaning and COVID-19 disinfecting services. MCC Quality Cleaning serves the Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and maintain designated spaces both inside and outside of the facility, which includes the lobby, restrooms, offices, conference rooms, parking lot and public areas.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, polish, shampoo carpets, wash windows and empty trash and wax floors when needed.
- Report maintenance issues as soon as they come to your attention and help create a maintenance schedule for office equipment.
- Maintain and stock supply rooms and bathrooms as needed.
- Check for potential safety issues in all public areas on a daily basis and bring them to the attention of the office manager.
- Make sure all doors, windows, entrances and exits are securely closed and locked when you’re the last person to leave the building.
- Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
- Cleans offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Skills & Qualifications
Required:

- A sense of hospitality, integrity, pride in your work and a love for cleanliness and organization
- Extreme attention to the smallest detail
- Initiative to take on tasks without being told and without being monitored

Preferred:

- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Prior experience with chemicals and their safety data sheets.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)
