Houseperson (Full-time)

Houseperson

**Duties**:

- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including public bathrooms, common areas, and hallways
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and washing surfaces
- Stripping Vacant Hotel rooms
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products and linen in the linen closets on all floors
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Follow all health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of housekeeping management techniques and procedures
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards is a plus
- Experience with floor care and custodial duties is a plus
