We are a consumer business operating online and in our over 20 retail stores (DC, NYC, Boston, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Chicago) - and growing. We operate two manufacturing facilities in Lexington, KY and Moorestown, NJ that allow us to deliver a high-quality custom product at an affordable price with a quick turnaround. We exist, grow, and ultimately own the market by delighting customers who trust and value us.

**What we do (that you’ll be a part of)**:
At our manufacturing studio, our team is responsible for creating and assembling customer orders from our Retail stores and online business. These may include beautiful pieces of timeless art, mounting a piece of clothing or a tapestry, or framing an unforgettable photo from an unforgettable moment. Our team processes the orders from custom technology, measures all the inputs to the highest quality, and mounts and frames the art with pristine perfection. They then work with our manufacturing and warehouse teams to cut the molds, wood and glass (all with saws and CNC machinery), and package and ship it back to our customers. We are a detail-oriented team who work with our hands all day to ensure our customers’ prized possessions are taken care of and that the end product surpasses expectations.

**Role Summary**:
As an individual responsible for quality assurance, you will be tasked withupholding quality standards according to the Framebridge Way and the company’s values through routine audits and one-on-one employee coaching. The QA Team works to continuously improve the quality of all products and processes within the facility to ensure customer satisfaction. You will work alongside the production teams to ensure each and every custom piece is crafted to perfection. You must have an appreciation for craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and manufacturing excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a thorough understanding of Framebridge defect standards and ensure they are upheld
- Perform daily quality audits for products and processes and report audit results when needed to Leadership. Identify Critical Errors while auditing and utilize our internal processes for resolutions and escalation.
- Evaluate data gaps in auditing process and prioritize which departments get audited based on needs of the business and results Communicate problems and irregularities in quality to the Leadership team in a timely fashion
- Coach employees on what best in class quality looks like based on production process SOPs and according to the Framebridge Way
- Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with Leadership on recommendations
- Learn and utilize problem solving techniques associated with Continuous Improvement
- Support the Quality department with various tasks and projects as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Possession of a bachelor’s degree
- Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing setting
- Experience/certification in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or product inspection
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or similar experience is preferred
- Experience in training and/or coaching individuals to improve business results
- Experience in the picture framing industry and/or a background in art is ideal
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong computer skills (Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, etc.)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data
- Aptitude for problem solving
- Committed to quality and customer satisfaction
