Temporary Picker

_**Goodwill TalentBridge is seeking a Temporary Picker for a manufacturing team located in Lincolnshire IL.**_
- **First Shift, $18/HR Including a 1 Hour Lunch Break**_

Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Overtime on weekends - sign up basis.
- _
- Compare information and counts, weights, or measurements of items on incoming/ outgoing shipments
- verifying information against bill of ladings, invoices, orders, or other records
- Pick and pack product for domestic and international orders ensuring contents are accurate (Manually picking orders by hand)
- Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
- Participate in continuous inventory cycle counts and yearly physical inventory as needed
- Adhere to warehouse quality control guidelines and standards
- Maintain an orderly work environment by ensuring general maintenance and organization of the dock and inventory areas
- **Required Skills**:_
- Knowledge of packaging methods and ability to determine packaging requirements
- Basic Math Skills
- **Required Experience**:_
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 2-3 years prior warehouse experience
