Bethesda Country Club is hiring full and part time **Expeditors** to assist with quality assurance. This position requires someone personable, team-oriented, organized, and efficient. Knowledge of proper food layout and presentation of all menu items is critical. **Essential Functions**:

- Cleaning and stocking plates and side dishes for all stations.
- Cleaning all plates and adding accompaniments as orders go out.
- Will need to confirm orders/tickets to match the food being sent, checking for correct presentation at the same time.
- Be the communication between cooks and food runners/servers for the accurate ticket understanding and delivery of foods.
- Strong communication ability and high standards are a must along with high attention to detail and speed.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work weekend nights.
- Mobility required during the entire shift.
- High School graduate or equivalent required.
- College Degree/Culinary Degree Preferred.

**Experience**:

- 1-2yrs Experience Preferred

**Licenses and Certification**:

- Certification in ServSafe is preferred
