**Duties**:

- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, lobbies, and common areas
- Perform general custodial tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures and replenish supplies as needed
- Perform floor care duties, including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing floors
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
- Respond to requests for cleaning services in a timely manner

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance great, but not needed.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
