We are seeking an exceptional, highly motivated, skilled and engaging professional to fill a **Patient Relations Specialist **position in our busy OB/GYN practice.

**Summary**:
Summary: Under supervision, the Patient Relations Specialist is required to navigate through EPM/EHR software to schedule patient appointments, check-in/check
- out patients, verification of patient insurance and demographics, file and retrieve patient records, reconcile daily charges and collect revenue. The position also requires the answering of multi-line switch board to answer patient phone calls. A Patient Relations Specialist is also required to protect patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information, assist/direct patients through visit, maintain proper policies/procedures, optimize patient satisfaction. Additional administrative duties may be assigned to employee within reason.

**Requirements**:

- Any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
- Preferred 1+ years of experience
