**Value Added Services Supervisor**

**Description of duties**:

- Responsible for managing all Value Added activity including the repair of Apple devices, AppleCare, Team Members, Training, and the Profitability of services.
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable the team members in the VAS division.
- Process all repair-based Value Added Services in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all devices are correctly repaired, re-graded, labeled, and moved back into sellable inventory.
- Manage parts and supplies inventory to the repair schedule, ensuring no service interruptions due to stockouts or cost overruns due to oversupply.
- Manage the outside repair and replacement activity for all AppleCare eligible devices.
- Manage ASP relationships and GSX system.
- Ensure the accuracy and proper completion of all repairs and replacements, confirming that devices leave the VAS department meeting cosmetic and functional quality requirements.
- Publish daily and weekly VAS metrics and report on devices processed.
- Engage in accurate recordkeeping, ensuring comprehensive data collection.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years experience in Value Added Services and the repair of Apple products, including AppleCare.
- Flexible, detailed, problem-solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
