**Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector has an opening for an Engineering Manager 3, Flight Test IPT Lead to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Test and Evaluation organization. This leadership role is located in EAFB, CA.**

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems - Test and Evaluation (T&E) Directorate is seeking an Engineering Manager 3 to be the IPT Lead/Site Manager for Ground Test/Flight Test activities at Edwards AFB (EAFB). This role is responsible for B-2 Engineering, Technical Support, and Test activity at EAFB, CA and in the support of Testing Activities taking place at Whiteman AFB, MO (WAFB). This statement of work includes performing modifications, ground operations, ground tests, airworthiness and developmental flight tests on multiple air vehicles including full spectrum, system of systems testing.

The Leader will be responsible for the direction of the flight test team encompassing engineering, technical support, and mission support personnel, and will have cost, schedule, and performance responsibility to the B-2 Director of Systems Test and Evaluation.

In addition, this position will be the Northrop Grumman point of contact for test with the host squadron leadership and USG Test and Evaluation personnel.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in STEM discipline AND 9 years of related profession/military experience in flight test and aircraft operations, OR a Master's degree of Science in a STEM discipline AND 7 years of related profession/military experience in flight test and aircraft operations.
- Must have 5 years’ experience as IPT lead and/or Engineering manager.
- Must have experience using Earned Value Management systems.
- Must have an Active DoD Secret clearance with full investigation within the last 6 years.
- Ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI
- Must have ability to obtain and maintain Program Access (PAR) within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master’s Degree in a Science, Technical, Engineering or Math field (STEM) or Management
- Program Management or Engineering leadership experience on a large aviation acquisition program
- Formal flight test training, such as test pilot school; familiarity with T&E processes.
- Excellent analytical, oral/written communication and critical thinking skills along with the ability to function in high pressure and short-turnaround situations
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI
- Current Special Program Access (SAP)

**Salary Range**:$164,300 - $246,500

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
