Are you passionate about providing exceptional care? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate in-home caregiver and housekeeper. We treat our care staff like family and prioritize trust and respect above all else.

Your Role:
Your main responsibilitles would be providing all housekeeping needs as well as care and support to the elderly parent in the household. Her well-being and happiness are top priorities, and we need someone who can assist her in her daily activities, maintain a clean and organized home, and ensure everything is in order. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on her life every day.

Flexible Schedule:
We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer a flexible schedule. Typically, you can expect a full-time schedule of 3-4 days a week, with shifts lasting 10-12 hours. While the hours may vary from time to time, we primarily require support from Tuesday to Thursday/Friday. Occasionally, we may need someone to stay overnight on certain weeks, but this is not a constant requirement. If you are unable to accommodate overnight stays, please let us know, and we will still consider you for an interview.

Bilingual Advantage:
To ensure effective communication and provide the best care possible, we require a caregiver who is a native Spanish speaker. We take language skills seriously and will verify fluency during the interview process.

Tu rol:
Tu responsabilidad principal seria brindar servicios de limpiezay mantenimiento de hogar (“housekeeping”) y cuidado y apoyoa una señora anciana. Horario flexible:
Entendemos la importancia del equilibrio entre el trabajo y la vida personal, por eso ofrecemos un horario flexible. Por lo general, puedes esperar un horario de 3-4 días a la semana, con turnos de 10-12 horas. Si bien las horas pueden variar de vez encuando, principalmente requerimos apoyo de martes a jueves/viernes. Ocasionalmente, es posible que necesitemos que alguien se quede durante la noche en ciertas semanas, pero estono es un requisito constante. Si no puedes acomodar estadiasdurante la noche, avísanos y aún así te consideraremos para unaentrevista.

Para asegurar una comunicación efectiva y brindar el mejorcuidado posible, requerimos un trabajadora que sea hablantenativo de español. Nos tomamos en serio las habilidadeslingüísticas y verificaremos la fluidez durante el proceso de entrevista.

Buena condición física:
Favor de notar que tal vez seria necesario levantar objetospesados en el hogar a veces, entonces buscamos personas que estén en buena forma física, buena salud y energia para ejecutartales trabajos. Preferimos cuidadores/as de entre 30 y 50 años, asegurando un equilibrio entre experiência y energía.
