Position: Leasing Agent Location: San Diego, North County, East County, Hiring for Multiple properties.
- **First Point of Contact**: Serve as the friendly, welcoming face of our company, greeting potential residents and guiding them through the leasing process.
- **Property Showings**: Conduct informative and engaging tours of our properties, highlighting features and benefits to prospective residents.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, following up with potential tenants, and ensuring a smooth leasing experience.
- **Administrative Duties**: Manage leasing paperwork, maintain accurate records, and assist with marketing efforts to attract new residents.
**Requirements**:
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Ability to connect with people, actively listen, and clearly convey information.
- **Customer-Focused Attitude**: A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and keep accurate records.
- **Real Estate Knowledge**: Prior experience not required. We provide training
- **Tech Savvy**: Comfortable using property management software and online marketing tools.
