Lead salesman for Gold and Silver Firm

1099, commission based, located in Port Jefferson Village.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales everyday. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working with people, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Assist customers with making purchasing decisions
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge

**Experience**:

- Previous phone sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate discounts and percentages (Retail math)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

I’m currently looking to hire a lead salesman to run my sales floor. Not only will you have your own space to work and provide for yourself I need somebody to take control of the younger generation who may need help and I’m not available. I’m really looking for a partner who is on the same skill set as I am and where we can work as a team in a very competitive business. I’ve been doing this time a long time and I’m looking for somebody to not only grow themselves, but grow within the business as well.

Pay: $41,977.29 - $80,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

- 1099 contract
- Bonus opportunities
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
