**RESPONSIBILITES**:
Assimilate data from various systems to create dashboards, update KPIs, and statistical analysis for the CEO, CFO, and partners.

Monitor trends in the data, distinguishing between rate, volume, and modality impacts.

Forecast revenue using payer fee schedules.

Assist with month end closing processes, perform detailed financial variance analysis and explanations.

Analyze payer reimbursement and adherence to payer contracts, as well as service line profitability.

Works with leaders of the organization to develop new dashboards.

Reviews cost of care and makes recommendations for efficient cost management.

Reconciles cash daily.

Create ad hoc reports in various systems.

Uses critical thinking skills to identify relevant data and escalate findings.

Is organized, multi-tasks and meets all deadlines.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Reports to the CFO.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:
Minimum 2 years work experience.

Healthcare experience preferred.

Demonstratable advanced excel skills.
