**About the Role**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Restaurant Servers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing attentive service to our guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Customer Service: Welcome guests warmly, provide menu recommendations, and take food and beverage orders accurately. Ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering friendly and attentive service.
- Order Fulfillment: Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff promptly and accurately. Monitor order progress and ensure that meals and drinks are delivered to guests in a timely manner.
- Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special dietary considerations. Answer any questions that guests may have and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Upselling: Promote special menu items, beverages, and promotions to guests. Use suggestive selling techniques to increase sales and enhance the guest experience.
- Table Maintenance: Monitor the cleanliness and presentation of dining tables, clearing and resetting tables promptly after guests depart. Ensure that dining areas are clean and tidy at all times.
- Billing and Payment: Present bills to guests and process payments accurately and efficiently. Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, provide change, and issue receipts.

- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in order-taking, order delivery, and billing processes.
