32 Dental 4U is a new Dental Practice in Rolling Meadows, IL. We are a professional and fun loving office. Our goal is to build a warm and family friendly dental staff in our new beautiful dental office. This is not a corporate office and no late evenings required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome patients, insurance representatives and other visitors.
- Receive new patients and schedule appointments for them.
- Perform financial checks and insurance plan matching.
- Answer telephones, transfer calls, take messages and assist patients as needed.
- Handle financial transactions such as treatment plan presentations, deposits, refunds and payments.
- Receive, process and forward dental/medical records.
- Calculate due balances; record payments.
- Follow HIPPA and OSHA guidelines.
- Participate in marketing/advertising efforts.

**Experience**:

- Computer skills: 1 year (preferred)
