**Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Communicate with internal office and field staff as well as external agencies to provide necessary support.
- Coordinate and attend internal and external office meetings as necessary.
- Receive items from various office and/or field staff, and process and/or distribute the information as necessary.
- Organize and update physical and electronic copies of work orders as dictated by company policies and procedures.
- Schedule work orders in accordance with direction of field managers and quickly resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Receive and interpret data related to work orders and process/distribute to office or field staff accordingly.
- Operate a variety of office equipment.
- Position may require an element of travelling between Moorpark and Ventura.
- Position requires ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bending, reaching above shoulder level, climbing stairs, pulling, and prolonged standing and/or sitting.

**Skills**:

- Proficient knowledge of MS Office and office equipment such as photocopier, scanner etc.
- Dependable with respect to confidentiality and policies.
- Proficiency in reading/interpreting work order related materials such as various maps, environmental regulations, and/or photos.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to work cohesively within a team environment.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.

**Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening during the new hire process.**

Pay: $25.00 per hour
