As our concierge, your primary focus will be on providing exceptional support to our luxury real estate agents while ensuring an unparalleled experience for our esteemed clients. You will serve as the face of Keller Williams' luxury division, managing all aspects of client interactions and coordinating concierge-level services. Your role will be instrumental in elevating our agents' productivity, efficiency, and overall success by delivering comprehensive agent support services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- 1. Agent Support: _
- Act as a dedicated resource for luxury real estate agents, providing personalized support and assistance to enhance their productivity and success. - Assist agents with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing client communications, and coordinating property showings.
- Facilitate the preparation and dissemination of marketing materials, property listings, and promotional campaigns to showcase agents' listings effectively.
- Serve as a liaison between agents and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- 2. Client Experience_:

- Welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression and setting the tone for exceptional service.
- Anticipate client needs and preferences, providing personalized assistance and guidance throughout their interaction with Keller Williams.
- Coordinate luxury services such as transportation, dining reservations, and entertainment arrangements to enhance the client experience and exceed their expectations.
- 3. Operational Excellence:_
- Maintain a polished and organized office environment conducive to productivity and professionalism, reflecting the luxury brand image of Keller Williams.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth operations and provide necessary support to agents.
- Assist in the coordination of events, meetings, and training sessions for agents, ensuring seamless execution and attendance tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Previous experience in luxury real estate, concierge services, or high-end customer service roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with agents, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate CRM software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
