**ASSOCIATE RECRUITER**

**SHIFT**: Full-Time, Days (On-Site and in the community)
**STARTING RATE**: $20.00/hr. ($20.00 - $24.00/hr., depending on experience)

**JOB DESCRIPTION**: The Associate Recruiter will assist with research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization, supporting facilities in their recruitment efforts. Facility Recruiters are responsible for assisting in employee retention initiatives.

**RESPONCIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS**:

- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Assists with job posting and advertisement processes
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
- Attends and participates in community, college and facility sponsored job fairs and recruitment events
- Travel's to all three of our locations as needed (Beacon, Fishkill, and Highland NY)
- Performs other duties as assigned
