Anthropologie Replenishment Planner

Role Summary:
Anthropologie is looking for a Replenishment Planner who will maximize sales and inventory flow, by Sku, on Core Products, for both Retail and DTC. They will provide supporting analysis to the Planning & Merchant teams.

Role Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Planning and Merchant teams to develop Long Life OTB plans by Channel that align with long-term goals and opportunities.
- Prepare fabric projections for key fabrics used in seasonal collections.
- Provide unit guides by Sku for each program, considering factors like color and channel based on historical productivity of same or like style.
- Create Weekly Sales plans by Sku for key programs for both Retail and DTC.
- Monitor Sales projections and in-stock levels to identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Reforecast weekly sales projections to adapt to current trends.
- Evaluate SKU productivity and program effectiveness incorporate views per sku at DTC.
- Perform depth analysis to optimize inventory levels.
- Conduct size analysis to ensure optimal size allocation.

Role Qualifications:

- Two to Three years of experience in a Planning or Allocation role.
- Strong statistical analysis skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational, prioritizing, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Technical skill proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bachelor's in Finance or Business related degree preferred
