We are a pediatric therapy clinic in Wheaton, seeking a full time **Janitor/Custodian** We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance and other great benefits

**Responsibilities**
- Clean and maintain organization of all rooms based on provided schedule; site location may vary depending on company needs.
- Prepare treatment rooms for therapy to ensure safety of all staff and clients.
- Sanitize highly used areas with provided schedule.
- Clean office work areas, kitchen areas, and high usage areas several time daily.
- Assist management as needed.
- Additional tasks as needed.
- Report directly to your supervisor.
- Attend staff meetings and company events as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- ** Must pass federal background check**:

- Proven working experience as a custodian
- Enjoy working in a busy, fast pace environment with children present
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- High school degree

**Responsabilidades**:

- Limpiar y mantener la organizacin de todas las habitaciones segn el horario proporcionado; la ubicacin del sitio puede variar dependiendo de las necesidades de la empresa.
- Prepare salas de tratamiento para terapia para garantizar la seguridad de todo el personal y los clientes.
- Desinfectar las reas altamente utilizadas con el horario previsto.
- Limpiar las reas de trabajo de la oficina, las reas de cocina y las reas de alto uso varias veces al da.
- Ayudar a la administracin segn sea necesario.
- Acompae a los visitantes o vendedores a travs del espacio segn sea necesario.
- Tareas adicionales segn sea necesario.
- Reportase directamente a su supervisor.
- Asistir a reuniones de personal y eventos de la empresa segn sea necesario.
- Siga todas las plizas y procedimientos de la compaa.

**Requerimientos**:

- Debe pasar la verificacin de antecedentes federales
- Experiência laboral comprobada como janitor/custodian.
- Disfrute trabajando en un ambiente de ritmo rpido y ocupado con nios presentes
- Capacidad para manejar maquinaria pesada y maquinaria.
- Conocimiento de productos qumicos de limpieza y suministros.
- Integridad y capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente.
- Diploma de escuela secundaria
