Streamline Integrated Technologies is a warehouse automation company based in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. We provide solutions to warehouses and distribution centers across the country with locations in Dallas, Austin, and Houston. Our company has been in the industry for 20 years and is expanding its presence across various marketing channels. We are now looking for a Marketing Coordinator to cultivate and manage our company’s image through our products and media sites.

**IV. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**

**Strategic Marketing**:
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our company's core values and mission. Your understanding of our clients' needs and the potential of our solutions will help us make supply chains more efficient and cost-effective.

**Content Management**:
You'll be the guardian of our messaging, creating, curating, and managing content for digital and print marketing materials that reflect our commitment to innovation, quality, and client satisfaction.

**Lead Generation**:
Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will drive lead generation efforts to support our clients' goals, as well as our mission to transform the supply chain. Your contributions will be pivotal in nurturing leads through the sales funnel.

**Performance Analysis**:
Your data-driven analysis of marketing performance metrics will be essential in optimizing our marketing campaigns and strategies, which ultimately further our mission to enhance supply chain operations.

**Social Media Management**:
Managing our social media presence and engaging with our audience is crucial to our commitment to transparency and communication. You'll ensure that our online interactions reflect our company's values and commitment to excellence.

**Brand Consistency & Industry Awareness**:
Collaborating with design and content teams will maintain brand consistency, showcasing our high standards, while adhering to the values that have made us a trusted partner in the industry. Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs allows us to continuously adapt and provide solutions that align with our mission of transforming the supply chain.

**V. QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education & Experience**:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Ideally a minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the supply chain or distribution industry.

**Digital Proficiency & Communication**:
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills that reflect your ability to convey messages effectively through marketing channels.

**Organization**:
Strong organizational and project management skills, reflecting your ability to manage multiple campaigns and marketing strategies.

**Other Skills**:
A self-starter ready to learn and implement new marketing strategies in a smaller company. While not mandatory, knowledge of warehouse automation and systems integration will be helpful in combination to your experience in designing marketing strategies.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
