**Full-time Onsite Position**

**YOUR ROLE**

As a Quality Manufacturing Associate at **OUR AWARD WINNING CLIENT**, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring product quality and process efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting formal root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions using advanced quality tools.
- Leading the resolution of internal non-conforming materials through effective problem-solving techniques.
- Executing experiments and implementing process changes to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Developing and updating necessary documentation to maintain safe and robust processes.

**YOUR SKILLS**
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering preferred (consideration given to Mechanical or Industrial Engineers).
- Proficiency in Minitab and SAP.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Certification as a Quality Engineer by the American Society of Quality preferred.
- Training in Lean/Six Sigma Principles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Background in statistics and quality tools.
