The Installation Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our products. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent service to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install and configure machine according to manufacturer specifications.
- Test and troubleshoot installations to ensure proper functionality and performance.
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers during installation and setup.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, including documentation of equipment and configurations.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Provide training to customers on the use and maintenance of installed systems.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on industry trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Previous experience in installation, maintenance, or technical support role.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of machine.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Travel requirement:

- No travel

Ability to Relocate:

- Chino, CA 91710: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
