**Job Overview**:
**Hours**:
This is a temporary position for 40 hours per week with a schedule from Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm. This position runs from June through October.

**Duties**:

- Perform general maintenance tasks to keep grounds clean and tidy
- Mow lawns, trim shrubs, and trees using power and hand tools
- Plant flowers, trees, and shrubs to enhance the landscape
- Irrigate plants and grass as needed
- Remove weeds and dead plants to maintain a neat appearance
- Assist with landscaping projects as required

**Skills**:

- Experience in garden and landscape maintenance
- Proficiency with power tools for lawn care
- Knowledge of irrigation systems for proper watering
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for groundskeeping tasks
- Strong attention to detail to ensure the property looks well-maintained

**Job Type**: Temporary

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Gardner, MA 01440 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Gardner, MA 01440: Relocate before starting work (required)
