**Job Title: Clean Beauty Lead**

**Reporting to: Store Manager**

We work closely with all clients to ensure satisfaction through one-on-one skincare and makeup consultations. Our team works cohesively in a beautiful, creative, and inspirational work environment.

**A Day in the Life.**
- Warmly greets and interacts with clients.
- Stays informed regarding new or existing products (e.g., their ingredients and benefits) to better serve our clients.
- Offers friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous service that always takes priority over other related duties.
- Provides enhanced product recommendations based on customer needs or goals.
- Educate clients on Credo’s commitment to safety, sustainability, sourcing, ethics, transparency, and ingredients.
- Lead the store opening and closing duties and ensure store standards and visual elements of the shop are maintained to meet Credo’s standards.
- Influences clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales. Identifies the opportunity to upsell products and services.
- Courteously handling sales, refunds, and exchanges using the store point of sale system.
- Utilizes store clientele platform to build relationships. (Credo Live)
- Partner with management to review the daily/weekly/monthly sales plan and execute to support and meet goals.
- Maintains awareness of store sales, metrics, and personal sales objectives.
- Ensuring consistent communication with the Store Manager to provide clear and consistent updates to the store team.
- Partner with management to provide training for new hires/seasonal staff.
- Actively engages and completes all required training to expand knowledge.
- Required to lift, move, carry, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory (up to 50 pounds).
- Additional store duties as needed.

**We would love to hear from you if you have**
- A passion for client services and a love for working with people.
- Prior customer service experience in retail stores is a must have.
- Previous experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
- A track record of building relationships with customers and team members.
- Adaptability and the capacity to respond quickly to challenges and remain cognizant of shifting store priorities as they occur.
- An ability to contribute to a positive and solution oriented work environment and commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace.
- Flexible availability to work days/early evenings/hours, weekends and holidays. Must be able to work at least 1 weekend day.
- Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and comfortability with computer/store systems.
- The ability to maintain consistency and reliability when working and showing up to your scheduled shifts.
- The ability to consistently move around the sales floor for the length of your shift.

- Additional education in esthetics or relevant fields is a plus.
