**Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions**:

- Analyze Operational performance metrics and report results against budget to operation managers
- Provide statistical and financial reporting on Operational results that is timely and accurate.
- Prepare month end close analytics, corresponding journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Analyze production runs to ensure proper consumption of raw materials and packaging with a three part focus on quality, inventory and cost.
- Understand Post Production role to collaborate and explain causes of waste to management team.
- Update and analyze plant expenses and review with plant department managers.
- Assist in monthly forecast and annual budget preparation.
- Assist in Year End Audit and Close Activities.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Accounting or Finance degree required.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in Finance or related field.
- Must have strong Excel skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong data collection and analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced and results driven environment.
- Experience in manufacturing industry or inventory management is a strong asset.
