Management Trainee

Our success depends on our Management Trainee team and their ability to work with our client’s. We need to expand our team with a new Management Trainee to achieve these goals

The ideal Management Trainee should be incredibly comfortable interacting directly with people, thrive under pressure, and be motivated to achieve results. The Management Trainees are the ideal role for someone to combine their love of interacting with people while also developing their professional skills in a fast-paced environment.

**Management Trainee Responsibilities**
- Professionally represent our mission and values and the brand during each client engagement
- Resolve and document all client contacts, inquiries, and concerns in the system
- Participate in collaborative training sessions with other Client Relations Manager on customer relations and up-to-date knowledge of products and services
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve any product issues or concerns
- Provide product information and sales promo information, which could include recommending products to purchase and/or their effective use
- Record and maintain all client information accurately and promptly
- Enhance our client’s reputation by using excellent client service skills

**Management Trainee Requirements**
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required
- 0-3 years of sales, working as an Account Management, Client Relations Manager, Customer Service, or Client Facing role
- Ability to upsell products, negotiate contracts, manage accounts, and overturn objections
- Ability to build rapport with clients by actively listening and addressing questions
- Strong desire to continuously learn and develop professional skills
- Team-oriented individual with the ability to problem-solve independently

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
